I worked with the A&B Staffing Agency to do a complete overhaul of their website. Originally, the company copy had not been written by a native English speaker, and nuances came across awkwardly.
Rather than tweak a word here and there, the site needed a new, polished, confident sound. I created a tone guide to embody the company ethics and mission. That was the base for building the home page, about us, three services pages, FAQs, and contact pages, as well as little blurbs for every pop up. Ultimately, the company’s online presence is much more user-friendly, professional, and capable.
It was imperative to spend the time getting to know the company as well as the audience needs and expectations for a project of this scope. Having established the tone and voice initially, the copy was more cohesive overall.
